Le petit-déjeuner était varié que ce soit en mets sucrés ou salés. Mais à part les œufs, rien n'était fait maison. La réceptionniste était sympathique et souriante. Mais on ne peut pas en dire autant de ses collègues masculins. La chambre est plutôt grande et dispose d'une terrasse avec un étendoir pour les maillots de bain et serviettes. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Un centre commercial se trouve à proximité immédiate. Il y a quelques places de parking gratuites devant l'hôtel.
Les fruits du petit-déjeuner n'étaient pas toujours bons et les jus industriels. Les réceptionnistes masculins n'étaient pas souriants et ne disaient pas forcément bonjour lorsque nous les croisions. Le massage (drainage lymphatique) était un désastre. Ils ont mis du temps à trouver quelqu'un pour faire le massage dans le créneau souhaité. Mais c'est une personne qui n'avait pas les compétences. 65 euros sont ainsi partis en fumée. Nous l'avons indiqué à la réceptionniste qui nous a juste répondu "Good to know. Thank you". Le bonnet de bain est obligatoire pour la piscine intérieure et le jacuzzi. Pensez à emmener le vôtre pour éviter de payer 5 euros par bonnet de bain sur place. Lors du 3ème petit-déjeuner, un employé, qui ne saluait pas les clients de l'hôtel, s'est servi dans le buffet en premier pour remplir une boîte hermétique et l'employé, qui prenait les numéros de chambre, regardait des vidéos sur son téléphone avec le son allumé. Nous entendions le son des vidéos par-dessus la musique d'ambiance. Il n'y avait pas de mouchoirs dans la salle de bain. Aucune bouteille d'eau ou autre n'était offerte. L'ascenseur était très bruyant et nous pouvions l'entendre de la chambre. La piscine extérieure était trop froide.
